A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit. This may not be able to be put towards another appointment. All decisions are subject to our discretion.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling, depending on our availability.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and provide appropriate notice (greater than 24 hours before the appointment time) the deposit can be refunded or put towards a rescheduled service. Please contact the Clinic in order to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
